Lean Six Sigma Diagnostics
We score 9 operational areas, rank core friction points using Pareto analysis, and isolate root causes (DMAIC). Screened comments filter out personal attacks, leaving pure operational signals.
Improve & Verify
Your leadership team receives a practical 30/60/90-day plan, RACI matrix, and risk register. The subsequent term's survey provides a statistical control chart verifying whether changes worked.
Five Ironclad Anonymity Promises
Honest feedback is impossible without complete protection. These five rules are legally binding and technically enforced on every survey.
Zero Identity Tracking
The school never sees who responded or who did not.
Cohort Floor (N ≥ 5)
Results shown only for groups of 5 or more responses.
Screened Comments
Comments are screened for names before the school sees them.
No Public Disclosure
Nothing is published or shared with other schools by name.
Signed Agreement
Data use is covered by a written agreement signed before any survey.

Frequently Answered Questions
Direct answers regarding anonymity, staff effort, and institutional confidentiality.
Will teachers or the principal see which parent responded?
Never. The school never sees who responded or who did not. Survey links are blinded with random single-use tokens, and all data is aggregated. To prevent deduction in smaller batches, results are only displayed for groups of 5 or more responses.
Will our school's scores or feedback ever be published online?
Never. We do not publish rankings, scorecards, or review pages. Results are strictly confidential between your school and Kalvi Kaizen. Anonymised benchmark comparisons against other schools only occur if both parties agree in writing.
How much staff time does running a trial survey require?
Less than 2 hours of total administrative time. Your team simply broadcasts the survey link to one selected class group via WhatsApp or SMS. We host the mobile form, screen all comments, run Six Sigma diagnostics, and produce the report.
What happens if a parent submits an aggressive comment naming a specific teacher?
Every qualitative response is personally screened before the school sees it. Specific names, personal accusations, or identifiable anecdotes are removed. Only the constructive underlying institutional issue is reported.
