Privacy & Absolute Anonymity
This is the most critical page on our site. Parents will only share honest truth when they are 100% confident their child will not face repercussions. Here is our legally binding and technically enforced protocol.
Five Ironclad Anonymity Promises
Honest feedback is impossible without complete protection. These five rules are legally binding and technically enforced on every survey.
Zero Identity Tracking
The school never sees who responded or who did not.
Cohort Floor (N ≥ 5)
Results shown only for groups of 5 or more responses.
Screened Comments
Comments are screened for names before the school sees them.
No Public Disclosure
Nothing is published or shared with other schools by name.
Signed Agreement
Data use is covered by a written agreement signed before any survey.

What the School Sees
What the School NEVER Sees
Covered by a Legally Enforceable Agreement
Anonymity promises are meaningless without legal accountability. Before any survey link is broadcast to parents, Kalvi Kaizen and the school execute a written bilateral agreement that:
- Defines the school as the sole owner of its diagnostic findings.
- Explicitly prohibits Kalvi Kaizen from publishing, licensing, or sharing the school's data by name.
- Forbids public review listings, scorecards, or rankings of any kind.
- Strictly specifies that any benchmarking against peer schools is completely anonymised and requires prior written authorization.
This protocol aligns with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, ensuring responsible, lawful, and purpose-limited data processing.
