Terms of Service

Last revised: November 2026 · Governed under Jurisdiction of Theni District, Tamil Nadu

LEGAL STATUS: This draft outlines general commercial terms for Kalvi Kaizen's B2B diagnostic services. Final engagement terms are established via the bilateral service agreement signed before any trial survey launch.

1. Scope of Trial Survey Services

Kalvi Kaizen provides private survey administration, data de-identification, Lean Six Sigma statistical analysis, and management report creation for a specified class cohort (typically 30 to 60 parents) over an approximate 10-day survey window.

2. Deliverables & Agency Clause

We deliver an executive diagnostic dossier (9 operational dimension scores, Pareto analysis, screened comments, and a 30/60/90-day project charter). As explicitly stated across our materials: "We give you evidence and a method; your team carries out the changes." Kalvi Kaizen does not direct school staff, supervise teachers, or guarantee external educational board ratings.

3. Client School Commitments

The participating school agrees to:

  • Transmit the blinded survey link to the designated parent group in a timely manner.
  • Refrain from attempting to re-identify individual respondents or correlate survey timestamps.
  • Participate in a 45-minute executive debrief to review the findings and 30-day action charter.

4. Strict Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

Kalvi Kaizen retains ownership of its analytical frameworks, scoring rubrics, and Lean Six Sigma survey methodologies. The Client School retains sole and exclusive ownership of its confidential survey findings. Neither party shall disclose the contents of the report to external third parties without prior mutual written consent.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any bilateral agreements arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Theni District, Tamil Nadu.
