How a Trial Survey Works
A transparent, low-burden 30-day roadmap designed to give school leadership clear evidence without overburdening teachers or causing administrative friction.
Written Agreement & Scoping
A mutually binding data privacy and non-disclosure agreement is signed between your school and Kalvi Kaizen. We agree on the single trial survey class group (30 to 60 parents) and establish contact parameters.
Bilingual Survey Broadcast
A short invitation message containing the blinded survey link is shared with parents via your existing class WhatsApp group or SMS broadcast. The survey is mobile-first, takes about 2 minutes, and allows parents to choose Tamil or English.
Two Gentle Reminders
To prevent non-response bias and ensure balanced representation across the class cohort, two short polite reminders are broadcast. Parents are reassured of 100% confidentiality and the minimum 5-response aggregation rule.
Survey Closes & Data Anonymisation
The survey link is sealed. Raw responses enter Kalvi Kaizen's analytical boundary. Metadata and individual timestamps are detached. All written comments are screened to redact personal names, specific teacher accusations, or identifiable anecdotes.
Confidential Management Report Delivered
Leadership receives the full executive diagnostic: 9 evaluated dimension scores, peer average comparisons (only if agreed in writing), Pareto 80/20 problem ranking, key retention drivers, and screened parent qualitative feedback.
Improvement Plan & RACI Kick-off
A 45-minute executive briefing with the Principal or Correspondent. We review the 30/60/90-day improvement plan, RACI governance matrix, and operational risk register. We give you evidence and a method; your team carries out the changes.
Subsequent Term Verification
Diagnostic surveys only succeed when verified. In the subsequent academic term, a brief follow-up survey measures whether parent sentiment on the targeted friction areas has improved. A Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart demonstrates whether your operational changes achieved statistically significant institutional improvement.
